I was born in Texas and raised in Stockton, and both places shaped the person I am today. Growing up taught me the value of hard work, resilience, and staying grounded—lessons that now guide me as a coach, mentor, and leader. What I enjoy most about coaching is watching players grow—not just as athletes, but as people. Building confidence and character through mentorship is what drives me. I love seeing athletes find joy in the game, develop belief in themselves, and form meaningful connections with their teammates and community. For me, coaching is about more than sport—it’s about teaching life skills, creating safe spaces to grow, and celebrating every step forward. My philosophy is simple: Growth never ends. Everything great is never easy. You put in the work now while no one is watching, and you earn the rewards later. And even when success comes, you don’t stop—you keep going, because there is always more to learn, more to build, and more to become. One of my favorite reminders is: “If you keep doing what you’re doing, you will keep getting what you’re getting.” It pushes me and my players to step outside comfort, challenge habits, and aim higher every day. When I’m not on the field, I enjoy being creative in the kitchen. Cooking for friends and family is one of my favorite ways to connect, relax, and bring people together—just like I do through the game.Coaching is my purpose. I strive every day to inspire, to lead by example, and to help young athletes believe in themselves. My goal is notust to build better players—but stronger, more confident people who are prepared for life.

Born and raised in Stockton, California, Coach brings passion, heart, and purpose to everything he does on and off the court. Growing up in the Central Valley shaped his strong work ethic, resilience, and deep connection to community—values that now define his approach to coaching. What Coach enjoys most about coaching is the opportunity to positively impact an athlete’s life. For him, it’s about more than wins and losses; it’s about helping young athletes grow into confident, disciplined, and accountable individuals who believe in themselves. His coaching philosophy is built on four core pillars: Teamwork, Self-Discipline, Hard Work, and Accountability. These values guide every practice, game, and conversation, creating an environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and inspired to become the best version of themselves. “Hard work beats talent, when talent isn’t working hard.” This mindset drives his commitment to consistent effort, growth, and development, both personally and for his players.
